Good for a day's work, and I like the ending. I'd say that it needs more than just an acoustic guitar, it can't survive on just that if you're going to extend it.

Can you sing? Or maybe record another part and layer it over the original.

As above, I like the minimal feel to it, and the beats, good start, but the piano in 2nd half sounded a bit off...

Drums would be a slight improvement but it needs to be fixed technically first.
